Golden rules
- 1One marker highlight per design.
- 2The logo stamp is always tilted and never altered.
- 3Every post gives one reason to feel confident, and that reason can be checked.
Brand essence
Technology you understand and own.
All our content starts from the promise the tikuma.net homepage makes, a website you're proud to send. That confidence comes from understanding how it works and owning every file and login. In each post, machine ink shows the proof and human ink shows the people who explain it.
- Positioning
- A tech agency in Jakarta for design, web, and apps that make their owners proud.
- Tagline (never translated)
- Pede kirim link. (Indonesian for 'proud to send the link')
- Audience
- Small business owners and corporate teams who want a digital partner they can talk to.
- Proof on tikuma.net
- Weekly progress updates · briefs answered in 1 working day · every file owned by the client · top performance scores
human ink
- Handwriting for notes and people’s names
- A yellow marker on one keyword
- Stamp & initials as a "checked" sign
- Sketches, sticky notes, tape, polaroids
Machine ink
- Tight Plus Jakarta Sans ExtraBold
- Mono labels for categories, files, and times
- Grid paper as the background
- Chips, badges, pill buttons, indigo
Every design uses both: structure from machine ink, then one or two touches of human ink. Without human ink a post feels cold; with too much it feels messy.
Logo
Stamped, initialled, then signed with a name.
The TIKUMA logo mimics how people approve a document. The TI·KU·MA stamp is always tilted and always has initials beneath it, a sign that the work has been checked and approved.
- TI·KU·MA stampIndigo, tilted −5°, with uneven edges like a rubber stamp.
- InitialsA pencil stroke under the stamp. Never removed in the main version.
- tikuma wordmarkAll lowercase. Always use the original file, never retype it.
Three versions
Main logo
First choice for posts, carousel covers, banners, and end cards.
Stamp + signature
Horizontal stamp with the "tech consultant" signature. For video end cards and large watermarks.
Stamp icon
Profile photo, favicon, and small watermark in a Story corner.
Logo colour on each background
Light backgrounds
Original colours on Paper, Fog, Mint, Lavender, and Marker.
Dark backgrounds
Light version on Ink and Indigo: Marker stamp, white name.
Clear space & size
- Clear space
- Half the stamp height on all four sides. No text or canvas edge in this area.
- 1080 px canvas
- Main logo 200–240 px wide, at least 160 px.
- Screens
- At least 96 px wide. Stamp icon at least 48 px.
- Position
- Top-left or bottom-left corner, on the margin. Centred only on end cards.
Don't do this
Rotate or tilt the logo at another angle.
Change the colours beyond the two official versions.
Stretch or squash it.
Add shadows, glow, or 3D effects.
Place it on a busy pattern or photo without a plain backing.
Retype the name in another font.

Layout rules
- Left-aligned. Centre only on end cards and Reels covers.
- One headline, one marker. The second line may be indigo for the outcome or technology side.
- Numbers as digits: 1.2 s · 3 wks · 1 working day.
Avoid
- All-caps or outlined headlines.
- Handwriting for long paragraphs or prices.
- Substitute fonts such as Poppins, Montserrat, or other handwriting fonts.
Download all three at fonts.google.com (SIL Open Font License). In Canva, add all three to the Brand Kit so the whole team uses the same files.

| TikTok | Video | 1080 × 1920 | 9:16 | Keep the right 160 px clear for buttons. |
| Post & PDF carousel | 1080 × 1350 | 4:5 | Reuse Instagram feed assets. | |
| Profile banner | 1584 × 396 | 4:1 | The bottom left is covered by the profile photo. | |
| Status | 1080 × 1920 | 9:16 | Same as Stories. |

Grid rules
- Each row has at most one dark background (Ink or Indigo) and one Marker background.

- Plan nine posts at once and check the grid before the first one goes live.
Voice & captions
Talk like a team you can chat with.
Our tone follows this site: honest, patient, and concrete. Our readers are busy business owners, so we keep it short and free of jargon.
Honest
If an idea doesn’t fit, we say so and explain why.
"You don’t need this feature yet. Let’s start with booking."
Patient & warm
Technical terms are explained in everyday language.
"Hosting is your website’s home on the internet."
Concrete
Use numbers and results people can check, and go easy on adjectives.
"The page loads in 1.2 seconds."
People first
Say who did the work and the reason behind the decision.
"Kiro kept to one accent colour so the order button is easy to find."
Language rules
- 01Address readers as "Anda" in Indonesian and "you" in English. Refer to ourselves as "we".
- 02Relaxed, polite Indonesian. English terms only for service names.
- 03Short sentences, around 20 words at most. One paragraph, one idea.
- 04Write numbers as digits: 3 weeks, 1.2 seconds, 1 working day.
- 05At most two emoji per caption, never in the first line. None in designs except real client quotes.

Replying to comments & DMs
- Within one working day, the same promise as on this site.
- Sign off with the replier’s first name, e.g. "Afa, TIKUMA".
- Price questions: mention the "starting from" price on the site; the final quote comes after a discovery session on WhatsApp.
- Criticism: say thanks, acknowledge it, then continue in DMs or on WhatsApp.
Photos & illustration
Show real people and real work.
Real team photos and screenshots of our work earn more trust than stock images. Illustrations use basic shapes from the palette, with sketch lines.
Use
- Real team photos at work: sketching on paper, discussions, screens. Natural light.
- Screenshots of work inside a browser or phone frame, on a Mint, Lavender, or Fog background.
- Flat illustrations from an indigo circle, Marker and white cards, plus sketch lines.
Avoid
- Stock photos of handshakes or people laughing at laptops.
- Tech clichés: glowing brains, humanoid robots, blue neon circuits.
- Made-up faces, clients, or testimonials.
- Heavy filters, colour gradients, and glow effects.
Follow each platform’s labelling rules. If a post needs a label, add it before it goes live.
Motion
Move fast, land softly.
Reels and Stories animate like this site: quick in, slowing at the end. Signature moves: a marker being drawn, a stamp being pressed, initials being written.
