How many pages do I usually need?
Usually five: home, about, services, portfolio and contact. Basic covers up to 5 pages, Standard and Premium up to 10.
What is the difference between Standard and Premium?
Same design, page count and features. Standard is built on WordPress, while Premium is fully custom code, so it is lighter, more secure and only needs security updates once a month.
How is it different from a landing page?
A company profile introduces your whole business across a few pages. A landing page is one page with one goal, usually for ads.
I'm not technical. Is that a problem?
Not at all. We explain things in plain language and show you how to update the site in the CMS.
Who owns the code and design?
You do. Code, design and access are handed over in full after final payment.
Can I change the content after launch?
Yes. You edit text, photos and articles yourself in the CMS. Layout changes can go through monthly maintenance.
I already have a domain or hosting. Can I use it?
Your domain can stay. We check your hosting first, and if it does not suit this website, we suggest moving before launch.
When can the project start?
The start date is in the proposal, based on our project queue. Once you approve it and pay the first instalment, the schedule is locked in.
Can you show a 360° tour of our projects?
Yes, as an add-on. We turn your 360° panorama renders (for example from Lumion, Enscape or V-Ray) into an interactive tour on your site. The tour only loads when someone taps its button, so the site stays fast.
Are domain, hosting and email included?
A .com or .id domain, business email and SSL for the first year are included in every package. Basic also includes first-year hosting, while Standard and Premium run on their own server, billed monthly and free for the first 3 months. If you prefer Google Workspace, we connect your email to it for an extra fee per account.
What are the monthly costs once the site is live?
Basic is IDR 1M a year for domain, hosting and email from year two. Standard and Premium pay IDR 300K a month for the server, free for the first 3 months. Maintenance is optional (IDR 300K, 700K or 950K a month depending on the package) and free for the first 3 months.
How do payment and the warranty work?
Basic is paid in two instalments: 50% at the start and 50% before launch. Standard and Premium use three: 50% at the start, 40% when the website is finished and 10% after the 3-month bug-fix warranty. Basic includes 2 design revision rounds, Standard and Premium up to 3 per design stage.
