How much does a web app cost?
It depends on the features, user roles and integrations, so there are no packages or set prices. The figure goes in the quote after a short discovery session.
How is a web app different from a mobile app?
A web app opens in a browser on a phone or computer, with nothing to install from the Play Store or App Store.
Is performance optimised too?
Yes. Public pages such as the home and login pages are tuned for top performance scores. Pages behind the login are optimised too, but their score depends on the data and features.
Who owns the code and the data?
You do. Code, database and server access are handed over in full after final payment.
Can features be added after launch?
Yes. New features are built in stages through monthly maintenance & development or a separate proposal.
I already have a domain or hosting. Can I use it?
Your domain can stay. We check your hosting first, and if it does not suit this website, we suggest moving before launch.
When can the project start?
The start date is in the proposal, based on our project queue. Once you approve it and pay the first instalment, the schedule is locked in.
Are domain, hosting and email included?
A .com or .id domain for the first year, free business email and SSL are included. The application server is part of the monthly maintenance plan from go-live, so you never pay for it twice. If you prefer Google Workspace, we connect your email to it for an extra fee per account.
What are the monthly costs once the site is live?
One maintenance plan at IDR 1.5M a month, covering the server, bug fixes and security updates. The domain is from IDR 250K a year. Extras such as a premium CDN or SEO article management are priced separately.
How do payment and the warranty work?
Three instalments: 50% at the start, 40% when the website is finished and 10% after the 3-month bug-fix warranty. Design includes up to 3 rounds of revisions.
