Every project is different, but the flow is almost always the same. Knowing the stages up front tells you when to get involved and when you can simply wait for updates.
1. Discovery
We read the brief, ask questions, then rewrite the requirements in our own words. The result is a scope, schedule, and proposal you approve before any work starts.
2. Design
We start with rough sketches so the direction can be corrected cheaply, then move to detailed design. Your feedback is most valuable here; changing a design costs far less than changing code.
3. Development
The approved design becomes a product you can try. You get a preview link to check yourself, not just screenshots.
4. Launch & support
We set up the domain, basic security, and analytics, then stay with you through the first weeks. All access and files are handed over to you.
Each stage ends with one clear decision: continue, change direction, or stop. No stage runs silently.
