When is the application deadline?
Applications for this round are open until 7 October 2026. Make sure all the requirements are ready before you apply.
Can businesses apply?
No. This program is only for nonprofits. For a business website, see our Web Development service.
Is it really free?
Yes. Design, development, maintenance and hosting with TIKUMA for 1 year are free of charge, thanks to a donor. Your organisation only pays for its domain. After the first year, the website can stay on TIKUMA hosting (IDR 75,000 per month) or move to your own hosting.
Can we use our own hosting?
Yes, and it's free. Your hosting just needs to support Node.js, for example a VPS or a hosting plan with Node.js. Choose this option in the form and we'll install the website there.
Who holds access to the website?
Your organisation. We hand over access to the website, CMS and hosting accounts so your team can update content yourselves.
How are organisations chosen?
Our team reviews whether the requirements are complete, along with the vision, mission and profile you send, then chooses 2 organisations each month to help with development.
Why do we need our own domain?
So the website address belongs entirely to your organisation from day one and stays usable whenever you need it.
