Luxury private travel website for Yogyakarta & Bali

A travel website that reads like a magazine: a Borobudur video, Jogja and Bali side by side, and a journey planner that prices the trip as you build it.

Challenge

This boutique travel house sells private journeys, yet guests had to wait for an email reply just to learn the route and a price range. The old website listed packages without showing what the trips are like.

Solution

We built an editorial website: an opening video of Borobudur on a misty morning, large serif type, and Yogyakarta and Bali sharing a single split screen.

Eight experiences are listed with a photo that follows the cursor, and any of them can be added to the journey.

The journey planner drafts each day from the number of nights, the pace and the starting city, with a price range, a Java–Bali route map and live local times in WIB and WITA.

no more than two experiences a day, so trips stay slow
